I will definitely come back if I need to work on the car that I just bought I even bought a hat at the service department The car I just purchased has 247,000 miles on it that says a lot about Quality And reliability that Honda has to offer either way thanks for the lift While my car was being fixed????????

The Service Advisor Ernesto Arellano pushed the loose trim back onto the bumper. I brought my car there to get diagnosed and then have you people order the appropriate parts if needed. Ernesto should not have touched the trim at all. The Service Technician should have diagnosed it and then have a plan for repairs . I asked for an invoice copy and he said it was not needed. I asked him several times and he still said I don’t need it. I need that invoice to protect myself and proof I brought it there and that it was worked on.. I my appointment was at 13:20 and I didn’t receive my car until 10 after 2. Ernesto said it would only take 5 minutes. Why did he keep my car there to have the technicians look at it if he already adjusted the bumper trim himself. I then get a text at 15:20 saying my vehicle is ready! Admit you made a mistake. Don’t do that again ever. He was kind but just went about the wrong way. You are to document and always have an invoice when you have a any car issue even as small as mine
