Josue guided me every step of the way; from the moment I stepped out of my car until when all repairs were completed. Even though the check engine issue couldn’t be replicated, I was able to address other maintenance items while my car was already at the dealership. I appreciated the convenience of the Lyft rides because it allowed me to continue my responsibilities while my car was being attended to. Josue was very good with communications throughout the whole experience and answered all my questions.
