Jessica Johnson was a great representative of your company. She estimated that my car service would be completed around 2pm and when it came to that estimation, the service wasn’t and she gave me an update which I appreciate. On the other hand, when I was driving my car on later that night my tire pressure light came on which was a little confusing considering I just got a full point inspection completed. Additionally I feel that my steering wheel is off centered and to go straight my steering wheel has to be slightly tilted to the right.

I am very disappointed with Jesse as he didn't provide me the communication I expected from him! He didn't communicate with me where or not he was actually working on my car and if it was ready to be picked up. He also didn't provide me the viper estimates I had requested a couple days before I dropped off my car. On the other hand, Jessica stepped in and provided some comfort that she was going to work on the issues I discussed with her.
