I had some camera sensor come on said to bring in to Honda to get it checked out I took it in on friday 15th.Ms.quintero told me It would be ready in a couple of hrs.Then she came back saying that the car would be ready Tomorrow around noon so she offered a rental which I appreciated and accepted the rental so Saturday came and the car was not ready she said the car would be ready Monday.The vehicle they gave me at Hertz needed to be insured which I planned to insure through the insurance I had on my 24 Civic I had purchased 5-6 days before now the gentlemen at Hertz said I had to get there insurance that that would be the only way I would be able to rent the vehicle.The insurance was $29.99 the gentlemen helping me never said that it was going to be $29.99 daily I had the vehicle from 12/15-12/18...Monday comes and I get a call that my vehicle is ready and I speak to Ms.quintero and let her know everything that has occurred she said that she would run it by her manager and that he would speak to Hertz and see what he could do regarding the whole situation she said her manager is going to be out on Tuesday but that when he returns on Wednesday 20th he would call and deal with it.well I didn't receive a call Wednesday, Thursday or Friday I had to call and see what was going on because Ms.quintero or her manager failed to return my call or to fix the issue...I was so excited when I purchased this car but after this situation and the way they went about it was wrong I feel like I was left out to fix the incident on my own...not what I expected from hondaat all...
