I thought all car maintenance was included for first two years with my car purchase. This is standard for most new cars. I fell like every time I turn around Honda is charging me for something. Use for their app, internet, etc… the interface of the apps are user friendly. I like the car but not thrilled with everything thing else.

John Beck provided outstanding service from start to finish. He took great care of my car, which had a major issue, and kept me and my sister updated throughout the entire diagnostic process.
