It’s rare, and it makes a HUGE difference. I will keep coming to Honda for Service as long as you have female Service Advisors!

John Beck in the Service Department was very thorough in his review of the service needs of my 2022 Pilot. He explained everything clearly, and helped me reset factory settings to fix a potential problem with the backup camera. I will continue to ask for John when bringing my car in future service needs.

After getting the run around for a windshield chip fill. I took the time off work to go and get literally one picture taken. Then the person that was there said I could have taken a photo and sent it myself instead of taking time off work. So we made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 8:30 because apparently that is the only time the person that does the windshields is there, specifically from 8:30-9:30. So my dad took my car, thanks goodness. I get a call from my dad at 8:45 that they are going to take him home and keep the car because they can’t work on my car until 10am. What an inconvenience!!! So they then I get a call the car is done and I’m like what am I supposed to do with that information the person that took the time to take my car for me is no longer at the dealership. So they sent a car to pick up my dad, thankful for that at least. Then when I get home from work I go look at the fill, horrible job ! Very disappointed with the way that it looks. Very disappointed in the service. I would expect better service from Honda.
