Norm Reeves Honda Vista Auto Repair Service

I waited over 2 hours for my car to get an oil change and multi point inspection AND I had an appointment! Pablo did great with his customer service! He told me when checking in that the mechanics were behind and it would be a while. He offered a ride back to my home but I declined. The wait was ridiculous for such a small maintenance being done and having an appointment.

Hannah was amazing! Very friendly and informative about the process of my service! I love the Norm Reeves staff. I returned because the customer service is amazing!

THE ONLY OTHER MAN AT NORM REEVES THAT I ADORE IS JOSE PEREZ. I BOUGHT TWO VEHICLES WITH JOSE. JOSE IS ALSO INCREDIBLE.

Your personnel were nice. The oil change took over an hour , even though they said it was slow at the time. It's too long and I will probably go elsewhere next time
