Ramez Ramzy did a good job providing customer service and fulfilling my needs. As for the technician that serviced my car, they left their gloves on that contained oil and dirt. This was transfered to my steering wheel, door handle, and glove box. I had to wipe everything down and clean it. It's my biggest pet peeve, and has happened prior with my other vehicle. It makes me not want to come back to the dealer seeing the way the technician treats the cars.

Upon return of my vehicle after service was completed, I noticed that the power cable to my dash cash was disconnected. My dash cam is always connected and it was connected when I arrived at the dealership. I did not ask for it to be disconnected nor did I give permission to anyone at the dealership.
