John Beck provided great service. He is professional and courteous. He did correct the problems from original service received. Rear bumper was damaged while car was at dealership for service. After replacement of A/C condenser replaced FOUR trim clips were missing. I had to make a second appointment and missed work time to fix service department issues. John did fix the problems. Biggest problem is replacing condenser AND evaporator for a second time with 79k miiles. Yes contact me about this.

Keeping the 2001 CR-V on the road means a lot to me. Bought it for my wife who loved it. She passed away in 2019, thought I was going to get rid of it but it turned into an excellent ski car; it gets the job done in bad weather and bad road conditions.
