I showed up on time for my 8am appointment. I asked how long the service would take, and I was told 90 minutes. I told the rep that, while that was longer than I expected, it was acceptable, but needed to adhere to that time due to a 10am work meeting. 930am, car not finished, no updates. I have to try and find a rep for an update, to which I'm told "yep, not ready yet" with no ETA. I scramble to cancel my meeting. 10am, still no updates. Eventually, car is done at 1015am. I had coupons to use, rep tells me that I needed to provide the coupons upon arrival and could not use them. He offers me 10% off the service, which I accept.
Representatives should under promise and over deliver with quotes on timing, while providing updates regularly, especially if something is out of their control and the service is taking longer than expected.
