Aerial was very helpful and knowledgeable. Communicated often keeping me updated on the service my car was receiving, and included the a discount. She arranged for me to take a ride with an outstanding mechanic so I could explain my concerns as I drove as I had requested.
I really appreciated the extra time when I was leaving that Aerial helped me, explaining how to get Spotify and use my screen choices.
