I drove 50 miles to bring the car , get inspected by the service advisor and the car have no dents and scratches at the hood, after service the car look horrible and full of big and deep scratches, wasn’t there when I came and wasn’t at the inspection paperwork, Kevin is the supervisor came and look on it and he wasn’t helpful at all and came with bi lies and stories that he can see car have these damages in the camera, I am wondering if we didn’t see it at our eyes what kind of camera you guys have ? I am not happy and I will never come at this location.

Mitchell was super great. My not great areas 1) I Margo brought my car in. This is my text number. Would appreciate it being directed to me , not Daniel. 2) I was in with an appointment for a simple oil change. It took from 12:30 appointment time til 3:30. That is ridiculous. 3) I very much appreciated Mitchell arranging a Lyft. Very nice. However having to deal with such a long service time, not good. I doubt I will use your service for future oil service.
