I was happy with the service as far as fixing the condenser on my air conditioner as it was under warranty. After my car was worked on however, something was dragging on from the undercarriage of the car which I had to manually push back up and in. I believe that they did not finish the job or secure that piece to my car adequately. It's not happy about that.

I should have been advised by phone or text that the mechanic observed that my car needed two filters that were severely clogged while the car was still in the maintenance bay, so that I could have authorized their replacement. Instead I was not so advised until I was told by email that my car was ready to pick up.
