Nate provided excellent service, this was the best experience I have had with norm reeves service center. I always go to the Cerritos branch but since I moved, Irvine center is closer and I opted to go here. Not only did Nate provide excellent service but he provided timely updates. This has left an excellent impression on me. I have decided to visit the Irvine center for all future maintenance of my Honda. If I plan to buy another car, Norm reeves Irvine will be my go to store.
