We usually service our vehicle at Honda Irvine. This time we didn’t like what happened… hopefully it will never happen again. I know mistakes can happen. We moved to Corona but still work in Orange County. Made appointment for service but didn’t inform us prior to our appointment that parts aren’t there yet, so I drove all the way to Irvine for nothing. Have to drive back again for the second time. They did fixed the issue with our Van, unfortunately they didn’t thoroughly check the vehicle prior to releasing it to us. Technician forgot to return the lock button on the right side door now I have to return again for the 3rd time. No choice because it doesn’t look good to have a hole on the side door. Although Nathan our rep answered all my concerns and also gave me a free car loaner for the day. Thank you for that Nathan! Again we know mistakes can happen. We will still definitely service our car here in Honda Irvine.
