Matthew Garrett did an amazing job. I came in for an oil change but after I left, I caught the plastic skid plate on a piece of concrete and nearly pulled it off. I came back in and Matthew took a quick look at it, threw the car up on a lift and got everything clipped back in.
Not to mention it was close to closing time.
Not only that but he was extremely pleasant and understanding. I definitely wasn’t in the best mood when I came back, and his outgoing attitude really helped.

I asked for a simple task to be done on my shroud under the car to pin it up but was refused due to the fact of liability and issues that might extend from a customer accusing Honda unnecessary damages they (mechanics) might cause to the customer’s vehicle...I would have been more than willing to sign a release to exonerate myself to do such an action towards Honda... It’s the little things I believe that really makes customer service stand out...but it didn’t happen...
