Matthew was great to work with and took the time to answer all of my questions about the needed service. He recommended the best coupons (i had several with different services and prices) for discounts to get the best price and more “bang for my buck”. Checking in and out with him was very stress free.

i came last friday and told a service rep. about my issue. The service rep told me they will take a look and with no charge for this. I made the appointment for Monday at 10:15. Arrived on time , met the service rep, he asked me to sign some papers, so i did. He told me he will let me know latest 1 to 1:30 pm. After not hearing from the rep at 1:30 i went over and found he was at lunch. Then again at 2 pm i saw him and he gave me bunch of excuses and said will let me know very soon. He came over at around 2:30 gave me a $ 2,200 estimate, i said no thanks, please bring my car. He said no problem but i need to pay for the inspection which is 160 and i had signed for it. Thank you Norm Revees for hiring such professional , punctual, honest representative , you will not be seeing me again.
