1. The service rep charged me for tire rotation even when it was not performed. When I pointed it out, he said this service is complimentary. I have paid for this service in the past and my service sheet clearly mentions that this is included as a paid service the A1 package. The service rep kept arguing and when I told him that this is not about money but the right thing to do, he said clearly it was about money.
2. I had presented a Costco discount card when I dropped my car. The service rep told me that Norm Reeves was not part of the Costco program. When I pointed out that it wasn’t true, the service rep reluctantly accepted it and then at the end of the service again forgot to apply that discount.
3. He called me to ask whether I want my car washed. I confirmed but the car wasn’t washed at the time of delivery.
If the service rep didn’t know what to do, he should have asked someone to help instead of arguing. Not a good experience overall.
