Everything started well when I first dropped off the vehicle. Delano was good to deal with and made a good initial impression. I reported 2 additional issues along with the b123 service code when I dropped off the vehicle. 1. No beep sound when remote lock button pushed. 2. High pitch sound heard on receiving end of a Bluetooth phone call. I was told that the beep sound was a setting and was fixed. I was also told that the tech performed some update on radio unit and tried his cell phone and did not hear any high pitch noise on far end. I tried my phone when I picked up the vehicle and the high pitch noise issue still remains. Also, the beep on lock still does not work. I verified with Delano that these had been addressed and he stated they were both ok. I left very disappointed and was told that Delano was gone and all techs were gone for the day and that I could bring the vehicle back. It was there from 7am in the morning until I picked it up at 5:45.

Sean Davenport and Ed Hassanzada were both all stars in responding to a situation that could have ended poorly. Unfortunately the technician in charge of the cars service on 6/10/23 overfilled the engine oil which resulted in potential damage to the car in the future, and an expensive tow truck service back to the dealership for an overnight drop off on 6/12.
Thankfully the response from Ed on 6/12 and Sean on 6/13 really helped turn this dissapointment around.They took ownership of the failure and provided additional service to reestablish trust on behalf of the dealerships service department.Their customer service is fantastic.
I cannot say the same for the technician service as no details are provided on any inspections to potential engine damage. The overfill led to a drastic amount of white smoke coming out of the exhaust caused directly by the excess oil being burnt. There are no mentions of a check for damages to the engines components or seals and gaskets. Simply a drain, refill and drive test of 8 miles or so. For a car that had had all services performed in the dealer, within the maintenance schedule, and low mileage, I would not expect any issues to arise for the next years. If they do and they are related to engine problems, this event may be to blame and it is unfortunate to think this conversation may need to come up again at that time regarding powertrain warranties and extended coverage due to poor service. This kind of oversight can easily lead to lawsuits and is not something that I would expect to happen when paying higher than average for basic maintenance.
