He was extremely professional, provided great recommendations regarding my Honda, and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I did not lease my Honda from norm reeves but I will be returning here for all of my future service needs. A+ work!

Had to ask two times for him to honor my coupon for the $10 off on the oil change when I picked up my vehicle he did not review it with me somebody else did they did not go over any of the inspection points or the fact that I needed an air cleaner Overall, the customer service wasn’t very good. It seem like he was too rushed to discuss my vehicle status with me, but the service was completed quickly. I was also missed quoted over the phone on the tire rotation, and balance price so all I got was the rotation I just need the service representative to spend more time with the customer to explain my vehicle status
