Jacob James should be recognized as a SUPERSTAR employee! I purchased my honda pilot new from Rancho Santa Margarita Honda in 2017. I have had issues pretty much from the start and have taken my car to that service department each time. Each manager, technician, or customer service rep have never addressed my issues or concerns the way Jacob did in my one visit to Irvine. He texted and called me throughout the day and a half the car was at your facility. Communication is stellar and his customer service should be recognized.
