I was accorded swift service regarding my tire pressure problem on my Honda Odyssey Sport. I had oil leaking on my garage floor after the oil change. The vehicle has on 36k miles and has never had an oil leak before.
I called Norm Reeves Irvine Service dept to get this issue resolved. The Service representative, Renee, couldn't get a me an appointment the same day, and she couldn't connect me to a Service advisor or manager.
I am very frustrated by the inability to correct a very basic mess up.
