I don’t expect the service advisor to kiss my behind and swoon all over me to impress me. I just want him or her to be straight, tell me what the mechanics are going to do, how much it is going to cost me, and give me an estimate on when the vehicle will be ready. I also expect him or her to text me when the vehicle is ready. Real simple and to the point. That is exactly what Alexander does. He is a no nonsense service advisor. I commend him for doing his job well.

Alexander Heckman is an exceptional service advisor. He goes above and beyond and if I were to come back to this Honda dealership, I would only deal with him. The reason I won’t be back to this Honda dealership for service is because of your service technicians. They could not get the job done after four attempts at trying to get my car fixed. Alexander kept me in the loop at all times and he was the only reason I kept my sanity. Alexander has great customer service skills. He deserves 100% or your highest rating. Whatever it is. I appreciate him and I would not have had the patience. Had it not been for him.
