I had to make an appointment about a month in advance since it needed to be on a weekday to get safety recall work done, which meant taking off of work to take my car in. Someone called to confirm my appointment the day before...and when I got there the told they couldn't do the recall work since the didn't have the part.
Why couldn't they have told me that when they called to confirm my appt? Why did they not order/secure the part in the weeks prior to my scheduled appt for this specific recall? Just so inconvenient and a waste of my time...since now I will have to take another day off of work to get this same work done.
Usually this location is great and I'm happy to bring my car here, but this was an epic fail on their part.
