While my service was great and Long was excellent, I had ordered a part that was supposed to have been replaced when I brought my vehicle in. The part was supposed to have arrived no later than 2 days before my appointment but it was not there. I now have to make another visit to get it replaced. This is no fault of the service department but it is frustrating.
