Arbenz is the best service advisor I've ever encountered. One of a kind. He communicates clearly and accurately. Always make sure the price I pay is reasonable to keep me wanting to come back to the dealer instead of a 3rd part Honda mechanic, like VTEC, which I used to go to and liked. He's got good vibe, easy to work with, doesn't waste my time and money, straight to the point, and just get things done. I had different advisors in the past at this dealer, but none of them can match Arbenz.

I am glad that you people have done a good job finding out what’s wrong with my car. Thank you for telling me that some of the things that are wrong are covered under warranty. Now we are waiting for parts to arrive. Then you are going to replace them.
We have two cars, and both of them are Honda’s. That tells a lot in itself.
