Delano Nichols did a great job as my service advisor. Unfortunately I was less than satisfied with my overall experience at norm reeves for the second time. I have found that employees that are not your service advisor will not even acknowledge you or answer a question. The service department also seems to get their estimate of when you will get your car back way off. For a second time I’m not sure what the benefit of making an appointment is because it doesn’t seem to matter they keep your car all day long.
