Long Le deserves a raise…he saw me standing right in front of the big glass service window with hood up on my suv patiently waiting…Long Le came over immediately tested my oil looked at fluid levels …arranged for my Honda HR-V to be serviced. Very good customer service!!
There were three other men in the office who appeared to be just visiting with each other and did not offer to help…
So late in the afternoon I appreciated Long Le great customer service.

Michael was pleasant and informed us that they could not find anything wrong with the passenger front window not stopping and keep going up and down. They also cleaned around the rubber in case that was the cause. Also reminded the two filters had to be changed. So I did that.
The gentleman that drove us home was so nice. I appreciated the Accommodations as my second car was not available. Very nice and pleasant expierence.

Yes… it was completed quicker than I imagined and the car wash was done even though I only mentioned it once. Mr Anton was polite,efficient, personable abd extremely knowledgeable. I was more than satisfied
