Long didn’t address my car issues with the technician,therefore the problem wasn’t solved .when I asked him after the pick up he said they didn’t have enough time . later I texted and called him to ask him if I can bring the car back to fix it ,he never responded . He told me oil change would take 45-60 minutes they had the car for 1.5 hr still didn’t solve the camera issue .

I dropped off my Crv for break system problem and B1-7 service Friday 02/23/2024 afternoon and pick up my car Saturday 02/24/2024 around 3:15pm, about 4:50pm after I drove 15 miles the break system problem light is on again, I called in service department and I was told I can bring my car back before 6pm, so I arranged my friend for ride, drove back 5:47pm to the service center and we found out the service department closed at 5pm, are you serious?
