Front bumper was damaged by falling tool box during warranty software recall service. Car was in last Wednesday 9/30/20, after the car was damaged it was sent to Caliber collision, came back on Friday 10/2/20 and was sent back by service manager due to quality of the repair issues. I picked up the car today on 10/7/20, they repaired the damaged area however they put another scratch on the number (different area). I brought to service advisor’s attention (Jeff Sabraw), he casually replied he’ll have the service manager call me which he has not done so. The car was dirty and filthy inside with dusty foot prints all over the passenger side including top of the rocker panel which I have not cleaned it yet. It is mind boggling how careless everyone is from service adviser, service manager and the body shop employees, no one bothered to check anything, do any kind of quality control to see if the vehicle is acceptable to release it to the customer. Deeply disappointed in the service and will be filling a formal complaint with Honda headquarters. My car is a brand new 2020 Pilot with 2.400 miles, to be accurate it was a brand new car prior visiting your dealership. Sincerely, Arthur M

Michael listened to what issues I was experiencing and he stated that his team will do the necessary testing to determine whether or not there was a leak in the 4 tires purchased a year ago and whether the sensor icon was defective in its reading of tire pressure. It remains to be seen whether or not I keep losing tire pressure on a regular basis!!

i specifically brought my car in because something underneath it has been loose and scraping the road when i drive. they told me the splash guard is on backprder and they don’t even know when it will be available so i asked that they remove the piece that’s hanging down. i got it back and that piece is still hanging down and scraping!
