On my third day at your dealership, you gave an ordered part for me to someone else, and had to go to another dealer to get that part for me. So something that should have taken 2 hours took 4 hours. Oscar did keep me informed and did compensate me at checkout. After a bit of a wait Oscar also paired my phone and radio stations for me. Jeff was out sick that day (the third day) and will also do a detail for me. Soo actually I guess I should have checked the yes box. It was stressful that day, but I do appreciate your efforts to make it right, and I will return.

I take my car to the dealership for the certified service and additional care that you would hope to receive for the extra expense. I appreciate my service staff but my vehicle always takes longer than quoted to service.
That said, you would hope it would be returned with a basic wash or cleaning. For the time and money spent, I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location again.

We always trusted your service this time we had other deslship looking at same car for same service. Lot less plus hector wanted us to go lots of unnecessary services including excel was slightly leaking
In reality was not. ? Timing belt service
At 40,000 miles ? Was not necessary
I purchase that car from your dear let ship
And send at lest 4-5 customers to service
Or purchase at your place
You lost that trust from us
Why do unnecessary services to bring your service sales up?
You really need to do lots of work to regain that trust from many customers

Hi I Armando was completely satisfied with Michaels customer service. The only thing I would recommend when delivering vehicle to the customer is to go over the job performed and over the warranties if problem continues. Other than that Michael was very professional.
