The vehicle was fixed correctly. However, besides the replacement of the window motor for the rear window, the diagnostics included a need for a computer reset, to restore the driver’s window automatic up/down function
The reset was said to take one hour! Which I questioned, and declined that part of the service. Only motor change.
Turns out the driver’s window is also now working, and this is because the Automatic up/down functionality is automatically restored by the vehicle’s window controller after a few up/down cycles. This learning function starts after a battery disconnect. The mechanic should have known this behavior of the controller.
Do I am unhappy that an incorrect diagnostic was provided for the rear window. Fortunately I declined.

I was 90% satisfied, the waiting time was too long. And also not much communication when it comes to returning your car from service.
