I took my car to get a part recall taken care of and when I dropped it off I requested an after hours pick up. When I came to pick up my car, the service department was closed (which I expected) only they forgot to give my key to the sales front desk. Luckily I had a spare key and was told my other key would be mailed. After coordinating with the office to have me key mailed, I get a random call in the morning that some guy is on his way to my house with my key!! It was very clear that the key was to be mailed. Luckily I was even home, but this was a very unprofessional experience.
