I bought a Honda certified vehicle. At the time per Amir, I was told I would receive two free oil changes. When I was at the Service Center I noticed all the items that were included on the oil change. One of these was a rotation of tires. Apparently this is not included with MY oil change even though it is listed as such. I had to pay separately $25 to have my tires rotated at that time. I am not happy with having to pay $25 to have my tires rotated when it is shown that it is a service included as part of the oil change package. When I questioned it, I was told that I only get the free OIL change. I find it hard to believe that while my car is on the rack getting an oil change that it would cost $25 to rotate the tires. I am not happy with that kind of business tactic. Please call me anytime to discuss thank you
