Not sure what we paid $600 for. Clicking noise still constant, back hatch fell on my wife’s head again the next day. Don’t think you did anything!!

Jeffery had excellent service. My car was serviced quickly. I did not feel there were enough COVID-19 protections taken at Freeway Honda. A gentleman placed a plastic cover over my seat , nothing to cover the steering wheel. He was not wearing hand protection. When I mentioned it to him I wanted a steering wheel cover , he put a seat cover over the steering wheel. When I got the car back the plastic had been wrapped around the wheel. I had to remove it. Also, At check out I had to ask for a clean pen to sign the paperwork. She reached way under her desk and pulled out a container of wipes and wiped her pen and let me use it. I did notice after I finished she wiped off the public pen before the next person was helped. I feel it is very important for everyone to use the utmost protection at all times. We don’t know where others have been and DO NOT want to bring COVID-19 home to our families. Thank you for listening to my experience and I hope you add more protections at Freeway Honda.
