My car needed an oil change. With the pandemic going on, I did not want to do a tune-up and have to wait in the lobby. Mr. Gonzalez was understanding and did not push me to get a tune-up. The lobby was very clean and met the requirements. I miss the coffee and donuts.

I was warmly greeted by all staff in the Freeway Honda Service Dept. I was asked what my concerns are and provided excellent customer service. I told Jeff I was going on a road trip to see my ill Dad and I wanted to make sure the car was okay for a 1,000 mile trip. Jeff listen attentively and made me feel very comfortable. After the vehicle inspection a new item was discovered then the items we initially discussed. Jeff found me in the waiting area, advised of the brake fluid needing to be replaced and when I asked what happens if it’s not. Jeff was very knowledgeable, explained all info in easy to understand manner and did not make me feel dumb. The technician who worked on my car did a great job and was careful with my car. Jeff was wonderful and so were the rest of the staff I came in contact with! Because of the excellent service and care I always receive I continue to return time and time again! You all rock!
