I was informed a tire couldn’t be fixed and that I would need to spend almost $300 to replace it. Went to two professional tire places and both said it was reparable. Now, I wonder about your suggestions on services. Also, my tires weren’t rotated as per what I can see and I was not informed that you weren’t rotating them despite my paying for that service as part of my coupon that you mailed me. Basically, you charged me for a service you didn’t provide. You need to fulfill what you do or I can take that up with my credit card. I am sure your rotation of tires by itself is also not cheap.
