Hi, Got the estimate even I mentioned the problem and they charged around $150 Charge. The Jose Cabrera told me I don't have any warranty and they should charge me for repair a 2017 Honda. I was sure that I had Warranty He said He did check and there is no warranty. I told him I don't want to because I am sure I have a warranty. He said if you take your car and back again we will charge you for estimate again. Kind of force me to left the car I agreed to left the car because I didn't want to pay more. I called my dealer and asked him if my car has a warranty they said it has a warranty. I called Jose after 30 minutes and told him the whole story. He immediately said we already open the parts and we will charge you for it. So that means I should pay for no service. After I insist and asked him to call the number that my dealer provided for warranty. He accepted and he called me back and he agreed the car has a warranty. Finally my car was repaired. I felt I am not welcome at Freeway Honda Company from the first and I didn't get what is the reason. I always had in my mind the dealers are more trustable people ,but it is apposite. They try to push me to wrong way instead of help and advise I got threated by advisor. I decided to got one more car for my wife but I won't and I told all my friends what experience I had. I am not going to put any review on public application such Yelp and Google etc. at this critical time. I think you might need some changes on your employees before they destroy the company, and I guess they had some supports because they did that behavior with no fear. I never had such a customer service. I hope my experience could help the management to run the business better but I will never back at Freeway Honda and nor my family and friends. Thank you
