I was asked to come to showroom regarding a check up for a recent Honda recall. After scheduling an appointment and reaching the service center I was informed the parts for recall are not ready and will need to wait. When asked why i was informed that drive shaft on my car needed to be inspected first before replacing. In COVID era I stepped out of the house and only to learn that the appointment was unnecessary. Jeffery was not at all helpful and did not provide getting the d customer support. I talked to the service manager he also said “you took one for his team” and he will discuss with his team about the wrong information provided to me. This is total reckless behavior and worst customer service

This is a review for the service, and not the car itself which has been an unfortunately rough time. Saib Gonzalez was extremely helpful and understanding of my frustrations. He kept very good updates with the progress and made things as simple and as quick as possible when it came time to drop off/pickup the car. Honda America on the other hand could learn a thing or two from Freeway with their customer service and understanding of customer complaints. An extended warranty that expired during a pandemic where the car was not being driven, should have been given a bit of a grace period/further extension. If the car was driven regularly the issue absolutely would have been discovered early enough to still be covered in full, not just partial.

Yesterday’s service left a great impression on me. My tire blew out while driving on the freeway Monday evening. The following morning I called Michael & asked if I could come in right away. He checked his stock & made me an appt for me to come in w/in the hour.
I was also impressed with the shuttle service. The shuttle service provides to & from shuttles which I found extremely convenient. I absent-mindedly forgot to remove my house key from my car key so Daniel was kind enough to drive me back & Michael had the keys waiting for me at his service desk.
Overall service was excellent. The 2 times that Michael has helped me he has been friendly, patient, & informative. It was a bit of a busy/crazy day for me & for Michael to be patient & helpful was something I appreciated.
