This is my favorite Honda to go too! Not only because customer service is amazing from the moment I pull up but also from the customer service inside! Oscar is very friendly and helpful while I was there. He assured me my car was gonna be in and out quickly and yes just as promised, if I was there about an hour or more or less I did not feel time so for that I am grateful because I’m sure they did their best to make it a good and fast service, so thank you for all your hard work I appreciate each and every one of you .

I am satisfied with how my car was serviced. But I do have a concern. Prior to leaving my vehicle, we walked around checking my vehicle for any scratches or dents from the outside and both Oscar and I saw the rim on the back passenger tire was scratched as well as on the back of my vehicle there was a scratch. We both acknowledged these. However when I received my vehicle back, I noticed there was now damage/scratch to the front rim on the front driver tire. That was not there before prior leaving my vehicle to get serviced as we would’ve noticed it. Unfortunately I was not able to call and inquire as to what happened as I had to do errands with my wife yesterday concerning our kids. I would really appreciate it if I could find out what can be done.
