It was my first time getting car car service at Freeway Honda and it was great Erick was very friendly, and the service was fast and close to the estimated time. I will be using Freeway Honda again in the future.

Never got documentation that confirmed what I asked to be checked out was checked. I received verbal confirmation from my representative that this issue I voiced was checked out but feel like the verbal confirmation carries no weight without the written documentation.
The tire sensor light on my dashboard is on- a detail I forgot to mention to my service agent prior to leaving it there. It is my understanding that the tire sensors needed to be reset, however The light was never addressed with me. I feel if my car was being thoroughly checked out for issues then the indicator light would have been noticed and the agent would have questioned me about it.
My service agent never brought this up to me, making me feel like the car was not checked out according to my request.
I am not interested in returning to this dealership for repair services
