Oscar said my car was ready at 4:45 I was there and paid the ransom for my car. I was told to go sit on the blu bench and my car would be right out. At 5:00 I went to see were my car was. I was told by Oscar they were test driving it. Then I found my car was still on the rack. Oscar then said they were cleaning the area they just worked on. I demanded my car I was told “No”. I yelled at the mechanic to give me my car. I went to the sales floor and asked to speak to the person in charge. At 5:25 I finally got my car. I will say I used to F word a lot. But they were holding my car refusing to return it to me. You will never have to worry about my opinion again as I will never use your business again. You will be however working to my attorney. You are overpriced and don’t seem to understand people are suffering right now. You you overcharge. You have extorted $3,000 from me.
