Service was good. It seemed slow day at service department
1) why it was so difficult to get through your phone contact?
2) why there was no report of safety inspection finding in your receipt?
3) Why alignment sale price was not offered when I asked? Shop was not busy. Service rep should be allowed to offer sale price which you have offered in past to me.
4) invoice does not indicate whether synthetic oil or regular oil was used.

The service representative was very friendly and helpful. However,
- I had a service on 11/06 for power steering pump fix. After the service, there had been quite obvious leaking of fluid (I am not sure if that was power steering fluid or some other type of fluid).
- So I brought car back on 11/11 for check/service. The leaking issue seemed being mostly fixed. But since then there still has been very slow leak/dripping of fluid/oil.
- I plan to bring the car back to Freeway Honda again for check, if this slow leaking is there in a week.

Unprofessional service - I had my car towed and there was no information to when I should get it, where it actually ended up. The dealership did not contact me.
When I went to pick up my car, there were many employees standing around but not a single person offered to help or show me where to go for about 5 minutes. I was then told go to the doors at the left. There were 3 different areas behind the left doors, not knowing where I needed to go I went to all of them. Eventually as I found the correct person many minutes later, I was handed a paper and still not told what to do with it or where to go.
Either there needs to be proper signage or more responsible employees to help ensure this doesn’t happen.

My inspection checklist had a "Requires Immediate Attention" checkmark for Check fluid levels and a note indicating pad wear, but the brake conditions are all "Satisfactory". This does not make sense.
