Although Jeff was as helpful as he could be with the information we had I was disappointed that on my first visit. The original symptom was intermittent… when I turn the key nothing would happen. Turn the key again and it would start. it was determined that I needed a new starter. I okayed the replacement, it cost $900, and the next day my car had the same symptoms… Turn the key and nothing happened. Turn the key again and it started. Returned my car to Honda they saw the symptom once, tore it apart to tighten things up, never saw the symptoms again. I am questioning whether I really needed the $900 starter replacement.

My sliding doors dont work after the recall work. Didnt discover this until later the same night. I was without my van for an entire day and will presumably lose my vehicle again. This has been extremely inconvenient and makes me question the quality of the work performed.
