Jeff is awesome. I will only get my car serviced when he is available. Trust him implicitly not to take advantage of a woman coming in alone and telling me something is wrong with the vehicle, when there is nothing wrong. This happened to me at an Acura dealership several years ago, so I am very wary.

I was verry happy with the service with Oscar. But not happy with service. I picked up my car , drove home. And 15 minutes later had to drive it back to your shop again. Problem not fixed. They were not able to figure out why our battery won’t hold a charge. We just had them replace the battery and after a few days the new battery was dead. So we charged it for several days ant took it back in. They looked it over and said it was working fine. It seems like they should be able to figure out what’s wrong. I can’t drive my car and worry about getting stuck away from home with a dead battery.
