From the first phone call that I received after I emailed Him Freeway, Honda everything was great. My only true concern was while I was checking in my car there was two employees that where in a heated conversation where one of the employees was using Profound language towards the other employee. The representative Jeffrey try to calm down the other employee but when they came in the other employee was so unprofessional that he threw through the clipboard up against the checking in station and walked away towards the back service station. I felt that was Unprofessional behavior in front of a customer. There was another gentleman walking back-and-forth I am not sure if maybe he was the supervisor or manager but did not address anything was speaking to another employee about what had happened but never once did they acknowledge it or apologize for that type of behavior in front of a customer. Other than that everything else was great.
