Awesome service. Michael was very nice. We called about my dying battery and they told us to walk in same day. Went and spoke with Michael and he was very nice. Said everything was covered in my warranty, it was a very easy setup even though I’d never been to this location. He was transparent about the wait and offered us a shuttle home which took hardly any time at all. He also offered to fix the recalls that were needed for the car which was good to know! He called us around the time he said he would and made the entire process of fixing my car easy. I usually hate doing services but this was very simple. Thanks, Michael :)

Service seems to be fine, my car is running great. Service Advisor was great, he was professional and took good care of me. I’ve only taken my CR V here since it’s where I bought it. I’m curious as to why my car never gets washed even though I ask for it to be washed. This is a dealership after all. If I’m going to pay dealership prices for service I should at least get a cheap car wash.
