Freeway Honda overpriced me for a service I needed done (rodent wire damage). The Honda Representative provided good customer service by getting me a quick appointment and waiving the diagnosis fee; however, the price quoted was questionable. To replace the wire, I was quoted $1000. To fix the damaged wire, I was quoted $660. I don’t know a lot about cars, so I shared this info with my significant other. After he spoke to the Honda Representative himself, the priced was lowered to $550 to fix the wire. We called other places and went to find out that fixing the wire is typically $75-$100. I left and got it fixed for $100. Overall, I would not go back to Freeway Honda or Honda to get any services done since I was presented with an up-charge quote.

I could not hear Michael through his mask, the plexiglass barrier and over Oscar, who was talking to another customer.
The cashier was rude and unhelpful to my wife when picking up the vehicle. Being unhelpful and rude to my wife is the quickest way to ruin my Freeway Honda experience.

1. Staff was not rude but appeared distant while he was helping me.
2. I was told the service (oil change) will be 2 hours (really long for oil change) but I was not offered to be called if the service done earlier than expected.
3. My phone and car connection was gone after the service. I have to find way to reconnect after I came home.
