Hector did a great job of checking me in quickly, keeping me updated during the day & having my car ready even before I requested! Then a young man came up to me when I walked outside to wait for my car, checked my tag number, said he would get it & he did so quickly. I have had my Honda for 8 years, always bring it to the Santa Ana dealer for maintenance & this was the most efficient process I have experienced there. Fitting this car service in around my work day was easy this time. My thanks to all involved!

Salesman try to make me pay almost $3000 for and air conditioning work ! Then he said he will make a discount to $1900 great discount ! And then yo $1300 , I know we all work for money and sales is sales ! But at $1300 I am sure after 30% of cost of parts on Wholesale price ! There was more than $2000 dollars profit ! That should be ilegal do do ! My family was using your place for buying cars ! But now I will make sure the will go somewhere else ! This is very bad business . Will find the way to get this publish in my board of Real Estate brokers and social media ..

Rushed my oil change they started at 4:30 and was done before 5 because they wanted to get off. I checked my car in at 3:00 and they forgot my car outside. They BROKE something in my car !!! When I go to lock my door it makes a LOUD BUZZING SOUND as if someone is getting electrocuted even when I use the remote . When I first tried to unlock the door with my key it didn’t unlock at all. I mean I just went on for a simple freaking OIL CHANGE!!!! Now when I lock my doors it sounds like the car is being electrocuted. I hope they resolved this problem tomorrow now I have to spend my SATURDAY at Honda because they RUSHED to do an oil change !
