2nd service in a row I end up sitting in the waiting room past all the other people (2+ hours for an oil change), even the ones that came in after me. Then, I end up walking outside just to find my car sitting there, and then I end up walking around the service department looking for my service advisor and then my service advisor ends up sending someone else to get me so he doesn't have to deal with my dissatisfaftion (last 2 times - 2 different advisors - same outcome). And I'm still trying to figure out why the contents of my glove compartment is a mess after the service. What are they snooping around for in there?
